I suffer from anxiety disorders; panic attacks, depression, and therefore several physical problems caused and exacerbated by them. All these problems slowly prevented me to maintain a normal social life, a daily routine and many other things. I don't eat well, I don't sleep well. For five or six years already I've been sleeping four hours a day (not straight because I wake up every hour), I don't sleep deep or even at night.
Many people have anxiety problems, depression, panic, etc. More than you can think of, even people closer to you who simply hide it because they feel ashamed, like I did. And no one but himself/herself can understand his
